I came across this Fella selling his wares at NE 15th and Ainsworth 
It looks like he is blocking the Handicapped access…
Why I will bet he doesn’t have a business license Either… I wonder if the ICE would be interested…
I wonder if the little girl who was humiliated for selling lemonade is watching….
