Gee Whiz Randy, I was on a City Construction Project Day before Yesterday

And guess what I found…. And…  Not to Mention… AndGosh Randy When Spray paint is outlawed…Only Criminals will have Spray Paint… You sure showed us Didn’t You??? These were at the Vancouver Street  Pee DOT Retirement project…I will post these as I find them and attribute them to You as Politician in charge of Spray Paint Law enforcement…..
