Mayor Sam Adams tries to soft pedal legacy, admits to profiling

Chicago and Seattle??? Much larger although just as liberal. I guess you are trying to soft pedal your legacy. 
I guess that your admission of Profiling is good. "Maybe they  were in the wrong neighborhood"
